Fees

We believe that a legal solution need not be expensive. If possible, our solicitors will try to resolve your issue without going to court.

It can be difficult to advise the exact costs at the outset of legal proceedings, especially in more complex litigated matters such as Family Law or Criminal Proceedings. However, most straightforward matters such as Apprehended Violence Orders can be given a quotation at the outset as an all-inclusive fee.

Regardless of your legal issue, we will provide you with a Costs Agreement so that you know the cost structure of your matter and an ongoing estimate of fees outstanding. We will always keep you informed about your financial position throughout the matter.

Legal Aid

We are a member of the Legal Aid NSW Family Law and Crime Panels and can assist you with your Legal Aid Application to receive funding for representation.
